Duration - 3-6months Start - ASAP Location - London/Fenchurch Street Hybrid working, 3 days in office c.&pound;250 p/d The role: You will be the point of contact for all benefits queries Day to day benefits administration for all international employees Work with the benefits team on benefits communication plans Assist with payroll administration Your experience We are looking for someone who has benefits administration experience. Workday experience is required. If you have international experience this would be highly regarded.</p>

Benefits Coordinator

<p>This would be a great role for someone looking for a broad, hands-on reward role, who can hit the ground running in a busy HR team.</p>
<p>This person will be accountable for driving the C&amp;B agenda for the business. This role will have specific responsibility for the collaborative implementation of C&amp;B practices &amp; policies that attract and retain high quality talent, motivate and reward performance, and ensure equitable remuneration.</p>
<p>This role is accountable for regularly reviewing and evaluating C&amp;B approaches in the UK against the organisational strategy to ensure they are fit-for-purpose. They will continually develop current and future C&amp;B policies that are appropriate considering market trends and priorities and aligned to C&amp;B principles and philosophy.</p>
<p>You will work closely with the benefit providers; maintaining the relationships, managing the yearly renewals process, and ensuring there is proper governance, application, and administration of all the benefits schemes.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for the following key outputs and accountabilities:</p>

<li>Support the Head of HR Operations &amp; Reward to define and manage the pay and benefits proposition within global and regional frameworks in alignment with our overall company strategy, growth plans and culture</li>

<p>You will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process and administration of the monthly payroll process, while being responsible for the payroll system and working with the external bureau.</p>
<p>You will also be responsible for payroll and headcount reporting and analytics, providing the wider HR team with regular and ad hoc data as required.</p>
